Every time in Dubai we stay in this hotel. The venue is enchanting and nice with affable personnel at the reception desk. It has extremely spacious and bright rooms, good value. The location is favourable and perfect, at walking distance from Al Fahidi Historical Neighbourhood.

I had a great experience at Vista City in Bur Dubai. The rooms were spacious and clean, perfect for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is conveniently located close to tourist sites, banks, restaurants, and metro stations. The staff, especially Mr Abdul and the bellboy, were accommodating and friendly. I even got a room upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends.

Burjuman was near the hotel, liked its location to the World Trade center. The place had a family atmosphere.

The hotel's location was magnificent, adjacent to restaurants as well as the World Trade center. Greatly enjoyed the room, it was bright and tidy.

Location: the hotel was just off Burjuman metro stations, restaurants, transportation and metroG and train station. Bur Dubai district was worth visiting.

The rooms at Vista City Hotel in Dubai are fantastic! They have air conditioning, which is a lifesaver in the hot weather. The seating area is so comfortable, and the flat-screen TV with satellite channels is a great bonus for relaxing after a long day. The private bathroom with a bath is just what I needed to unwind. these rooms made me feel right at home.

Honestly, I wasn't a big fan of the private entrance in the double room. It felt a bit cramped for me, but I can see how others might appreciate it.

Every visit to Dubai we like to stay here. They offer reasonably spacious rooms. The hotel has particularly good and absolutely perfect location near to train station. The place to order lunch at a medium distance from the property is Teppanyaki House.

Clean and spacious room. The bathroom was well-maintained.

One major drawback was that the outlets in both rooms we stayed in were faulty and caused damage to our chargers and even an expensive universal adapter. When we alerted the reception staff, they did not take any action to resolve the issue.

The hotel was in a central setting near to train station. The place was close to Chuan fu Restaurant, where you can have dinner. My room included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a mini-fridge-bar...

By and large, it was excellent base for sightseeing in Dubai, had much fun and met very, very nice and polite staff at the reception desk. Greatly enjoyed the way our a double room was.

Its location was perfect and magnificent near to train station. Plus, it was right by THE METRO.

The location was good and unbeatable, relatively close to Dubai Museum. Thanks to a metro station found near the hotel, I could visit sightseeings. The atmosphere created was family. Spacious and bright room which had a mini bar fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, and a seating area.

Our Easter stay was great overall! We were impressed with the complementary Easter eggs and baskets in our room upon arrival. the hotel's location is perfect with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. The family room was spacious and the staff were always professional and courteous.

There were a few negative aspects during our stay. The Wi-Fi was spotty and sometimes didn't work for days.

The hotel had spacious and clean rooms, perfect for adventure travelers with lots of luggage. It was in a prime location in Bur Dubai, close to tourist sites, restaurants, and metro stations. The staff at reception, including Mr. Akhlaq, were extremely helpful and provided quick check-in and fast service in the room. I enjoyed my stay at Vista City Hotel and appreciated the excellent service provided by Akhlaq and his team.

Felt truly looked after, no complaints at all.
